Equestrian sport company Helgstrand Dressage based in DK and backed by PE-firm Waterland has acquired 51 pct. of Kingsland Equestrian based in Norway. The acquired company is a manufacturer of equestrian equipment and reported sales of NOK 115m in 2019 and EBITDA of NOK 7m in 2019. Kingsland’s revenus have been stable between NOK 107m and NOK 117m the previous five years. Kaspar Kristiansen serves as investment responsible.
