Munich-based PE-Firm Aurelius has acquired a majority stake in the Trier-headquartered digital marketing agency detailM GmbH. More specifically, the target with its 64 FTEs is specialized in Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing and Affiliate Marketing. Through the acquisition, the PE-side intends to support detailM in its core business and inorganic growth through a buy and build strategy. As managing director, Claudius Plettenberg was responsible for the investment.
