Real estate company Velero gives starting signal for IPO
September 29, 2020
The real estate company Velero would like to have a placement on the Frankfurt stock exchange depending on market conditions before the end of this year. The plan is a purely private placement for institutional investors through the issue of new shares in the three-digit million euro range, said co-CEO Sascha Giest. After the placement, he and co-founder Thomas Lange will hold a stake of around one percent in Velero. The rest will be in free float. Velero intends to use the money from the stock exchange listing to buy almost 10,200 apartments from Anglo-Saxon investors.
