Parken Sport & Entertainment’s largest shareholder, Lønmodtagernes Dyrtidsfond, is in dialogue with British Redstone Advisory Partners to sell its stake of just over 29%. According to market rumors, the price range is DKK 105-120 pr. share corresponding to a valuation of DKK 1bn - 1.2bn. A DKK 1.2bn valuation would resemble an EV/EBITDA multiple of 5.4x.
