SAS divests its shareholding of Air Greenland for DKK 277m

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has divested its 37.5 pct shareholding in Air Greenland to the Government of Greenland. SAS has owned a part of Air Greenland in more than 50 years. Air Greenland reported a turnover of DKK 1.3bn and EBITDA of DKK 193m in 2017, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 3x.
