Schouw & Co-owned GPV to acquire Swiss CCS Group

Denmark’s largest EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) company GPV, which is owned by the Danish industrial conglomerate Schouw & Co. acquires Swiss-based EMS company CCS. The transaction will lift GPV’s revenue by DKK 1.4bn to about DKK 2.6bn and place the company among the largest EMS companies in Europe. CCS reported EBITDA of approximately DKK 100m in 2017. CCS and GPV employ respectively 2,300 and 1,400 people.
