Fast-growing Norwegian-based video conference company Huddly has acquired Norwegian-based AI startup Epigram. Epigram has developed a set of tools for big data processing. The acquisition is the first for Huddly. According to DN.no, the founders of Epigram are paid NOK 5m for the company. Epigram reported a turnover NOK 5.6m and EBITDA of NOK 0.5m last year, corresponding to an EV/EBITDA multiple of 10x.
