Waterland-backed Helgstrand Dressage is planning for more add-on acquisitions

Earlier this week, Equestrian sports company Helgstrand Dressage based in DK and backed by PE-firm Waterland acquired 51 pct. of Kingsland Equestrian based in Norway. Through the acquisition, Helgstrand Dressage added NOK 115m to its current revenue of DKK 417m. Helgestrand Dressage has the ambition to grow further and it is disclosed that more acquisitions will be completed in the coming years. CO-owner Andreas Helgstrand also states that the company would be open to explore the opportunity to sell sports equipment for other sports. Kaspar Kristiansen serves as investment responsible.
